The Consecrating Officer was the Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. John Finlay Hibbert K.C.T. assisted by the Provincial Prelate E.Kt.Rev.K.C.Taylor Gt.Almoner.<\/p>\n<p>E.Kt.Thomas Mathias Jones P.Pr.Reg.(Lancs) was Installed as the first Preceptor by E.Kt.Stephen Clayton-Barker, P. Gt A de C Provincial Sub-Prior.<\/p>\n<p>There was a total of 101 knights present. The meeting dates for the Preceptory were set at the first fifth Friday in the first quarter and the first fifth Thursday in the second and fourth quarters.These have now been simplified to the third Thursday in February, June (Installation) and November (Malta).<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday 30th April 1998 the Preceptory Banner was dedicated by the Provincial Prior R.E.Kt.
