Temple Preceptory was warranted on 17 March 1949 and consecrated in tandem with Faith Preceptory No. 326 (now Faith and Hope Preceptory) by the Great Seneschal at Chester Cathedral on 16 June 1949. Originally meeting at Altrincham, the Preceptory moved to Sandbach in 1966.<\/p>\n

The Preceptory holds a joint meeting with de Tabley No. 100 and Northwich No. 558, as Priories of the Order of Malta, at Sandbach Masonic Hall each November, when Knights from the three Preceptories are installed as Knights of Malta.<\/p>\n
